What made you want to join the HacWare team?
Cybercrime is a well known problem, and while many companies are fighting it, HacWare has developed a simple and intuitive platform to address this problem. As I met with the team during the interview process, it was clear they knew what they were doing and how it needed to get done. I was also swayed by Tiffany Rick’s strong technical acumen and her positive outlook for HacWare.
How do you support HacWare’s customers and partners?
The only constant in Cybersecurity is change and change happens quickly. For HacWare to operate efficiently we need to remain close to our customers and partners. I support this effort by reviewing all incoming Customer Success issues and making sure they are processed in an expedient manner. I am always close to the code so I can assist our customers with their needs, and I can work with our partners to extend our mutual reach. I will always make myself available to discuss our customer’s needs and partner’s suggestions.
Why is security awareness training so important?
Cybercrime is a trillion dollar business and is growing rapidly. Cyber attacks are happening more and more frequently, and the tools used to create them are becoming more sophisticated. It is believed that 95 percent of attacks are due to user error. If the end user can be better trained, the chances of an attack should decrease, and this should lead to a savings in time, money, and reputation.Learn more about HacWare at hacware.com.
