🔒 Key Highlights Include:
1. Customizable Dashboard

Now every company can customize the dashboard to display what matters most to them. Administrators can organize widgets, surface high-value insights, and monitor cyber risks in real time. This allows small teams with limited security resources to clearly understand their security awareness program and make better decisions quickly.
2. High Risk Monitoring and Reporting

High Risk Monitoring is now live. This automation instantly identifies users who demonstrate risky behavior such as failing phishing simulations or not completing critical training.
Once enabled, the platform automatically monitors user risk activity and alerts administrators when users move into the elevated risk category. Teams can also manually adjust risk levels from the licenses page.
A dedicated High Risk report gives a full overview of user trends and risk posture across the organization.
3. Multiple Executive Reports

You can now create and manage multiple executive reports instead of just one. Executive reports allow you to schedule regular email delivery of monthly or quarterly performance summaries for leadership teams.
Administrators can add new reports, edit existing reports, and search saved reports from a single dashboard. The always available downloadable report remains pinned at the top for fast reference.
4. Microsoft Entra ID Single Sign On

We have launched Microsoft Entra ID integration for full Single Sign On. This provides a seamless login experience for your learners and makes onboarding and offboarding significantly easier.
Administrators can enable SSO from the settings panel inside the HacWare portal.
Final Thoughts
As cyber threats continue to evolve, one thing remains clear: small businesses and their partners need simple, powerful, and reliable tools that put them in control of their security. These new updates are designed to streamline everyday security tasks, reduce risks tied to human behavior, and provide the clarity needed to make smarter decisions. We are excited to continue supporting your organization and your clients on the journey to a safer and more resilient future.
