Please follow these steps to activate HacWare licenses for a tenant/client account from the dashboard:
From the client dashboard - https://<customer domain>.hacware.com/dashboard
Click on the "Manage" and "Licenses" menu item.
3. On the Licenses page, activate the licenses by doing the following:
Option 1: Activate all Users
Select the "Change All Users" button.
Select "Activate All Users"
Select the "Confirm" button.
Option 2: Active a single user
Search for the user in the table.
Selecting the "Activate" button from the Actions column.
Option 3: Activate Users by Group
Select the "Activate Microsoft Group " or "Activate Google Group" button.
Select the Group Name.
Select the "Activate" button
Once the users are activated it will automatically begin scheduling the phishing simulation and dynamically creating the phishing campaigns. It will schedule the simulations based on the phishing cadence setting found on the Simulation -> Campaign page.
