How to remove a tenant account from the partner dashboard?

Please follow these steps to remove a tenant/client account from the dashboard:

  1. From the partner dashboard -

  2. Click on the "Tenants" and "Management" menu item.

  3. Select the Red Trash button to remove the tenant/client account.

4. On the Remove Tenant Confirmation dialog, enter the reason for the deletion and press the "Proceed"

Note: It may take up to 12 - 24 hours to remove the client account.
