How to set up Outlook 365 email injection

Note: Email injection only works for simulations where the sender's email is an email that is an active license from the email domain.

  1. From your HacWare customer dashboard, select the "Manage" menu item.

  2. Next, select the "License" sub-menu item.

  3. Select the green "Sync with Microsoft" button.

  4. Follow the Microsoft authorization process to ensure the permission ‘Send mail as any user’ is set.

  5. This setup is complete. Now your application will inject simulation emails into the user's inbox.
