Managing your organization’s security awareness performance just got easier. With the Executive Report feature, you can quickly view and share performance metrics across simulations, training, and user susceptibility—all from one central location.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to access, customize, download, and schedule the Executive Report.

Step 1: Access the Executive Report

  1. From your Dashboard, click on Reports in the main menu.

  2. Select Executive Report from the available report types.

Step 2: Customize the Report

To tailor the report to your needs:

  1. Click the Filter button located near the Search Users bar.

  2. You can filter the report by:

    • User Name or Email Address

    • Department

    • Date Range

Executive Report Sections Explained

The Executive Report includes six customizable sections that provide detailed insights into your organization's cybersecurity awareness and performance. Here's what each section includes:

  1. Simulation Report

    • This section provides a high-level overview of how your team performed in recent phishing simulations.

    • You can filter results by simulation type:

      • Links: Tracks interactions with phishing links.

      • Attachments: Monitors if team members opened or downloaded malicious attachments.

      • Replies: Detects whether users responded to phishing emails.

  2. Failure Report

    • Offers a summary of failures across the organization.

    • Breaks down results by department to show which teams are most at risk.

    • Helps identify broader patterns in employee behavior during simulations.

  3. Failure Details

    • Provides a drill-down view of individual failures.

    • Lists specific employees who failed simulations, along with the type of failure and date.

    • Useful for targeting additional training where it’s needed most.

  4. Training Report

    • Displays metrics for employee participation in cybersecurity training.

    • Shows who has started, completed, or not yet engaged with assigned courses and lesson plans.

    • Helps track training compliance and engagement across the team.

  5. Susceptibility Report

    • Analyzes both individual and team-level vulnerabilities to phishing threats.

    • Provides insight into users who consistently fail simulations or show high-risk behaviors.

    • Enables proactive intervention to reduce organizational risk.

  6. Policy Report

    • Tracks acknowledgment and completion of required security policies.

    • Shows which users have signed off on key documents like acceptable use, password, and remote work policies.

    • Ensures policy compliance across the organization.

Each section can be tailored to focus on specific time frames, user groups, or training campaigns, giving you a powerful tool to monitor and improve your cybersecurity posture.

Once you've set your filters, click Set Filter to save your selection.
