How to set up Avanan Anti-Phishing Allow-List?

To avoid the detection of phishing simulation emails in Avanan, please add an Anti-Phishing Allow-List rule based on HacWare's Sender IP address.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Configuration > Anti-Phishing Allow-List

2. Under Filters,

   1. Server IP: 149.72.222.44

   2. Click Search.

3. After refining the email criteria, click Create Allow-List Rule to create an allow-list rule.

4. If required, enter the description for the rule under Comment and click Ok.

5. Once the Allow-List is created. Please create a mail flow rule in the Microsoft 365 Exchange admin center for all of your tenant accounts.
