Introducing New LMS Lite Experience

We are excited to announce the completion of HacWare’s newly redesigned LMS Lite experience. The updated interface makes it easier for administrators to discover training, manage lesson plans, enroll users, and monitor performance from one centralized location.
The new pages are available to customers with HacWare PLUS, SUPER, and LMS product SKUs.
To explore the redesigned experience, sign in to the Customer Dashboard and navigate to Awareness Training. You will see three new menu options:
Current Activity
Full Library
User Performance
Current Activity
The Current Activity page provides a quick overview of your organization’s training program.
Latest Course
Preview the latest course available to your organization and get a sneak peek at its video and quiz content.
Most Enrolled
The Most Enrolled section displays up to four courses and four lesson plans with the highest enrollment across your organization. This helps administrators quickly identify the training content receiving the most engagement.
Recommendations
HacWare’s recommendation technology analyzes your organization’s needs and identifies the top three lesson plans that may provide the greatest value to your team.
User Performance
Quickly review the top three overdue users and top-performing users. This information helps administrators recognize strong performance and identify employees who may need additional reminders or support.
Full Library
The Full Library provides a complete view of your organization’s lesson plans and courses.
Lesson Plans
Select a lesson plan to view its icon, description, and important details, including:
Estimated completion time
Number of courses
Default lesson plan status
High-risk lesson plan status
From the Courses section of the lesson plan, administrators can add a course, edit the lesson plan, or delete the lesson plan.
Edit a lesson plan
When editing a lesson plan, you can modify:
Lesson plan name
Description
Logo
Included courses
Relative enrollment dates
Course order and layout
After selecting Save Changes, a confirmation window will ask whether you want to:
Apply the changes to all enrollments
Apply the changes only to future enrollments
This provides greater control over how lesson plan updates affect users who are already enrolled.
Enrolling and Unenrolling Users
To enroll users in a lesson plan, select the pencil icon next to Not Enrolled, then choose all users or specific users.
To remove users from a lesson plan, select the pencil icon next to Currently Enrolled, then choose all users or only the users you want to unenroll.
Courses
Select a course from the Courses section of the Full Library to access the following actions:
Thumbs-up icon: Add the course to your favorites.
Play button: Preview the course’s video and quiz bundle.
Menu button: View additional course information.
Currently Enrolled: Select the pencil icon to manage enrolled users.
Not Enrolled: Select the pencil icon to enroll additional users.
Trash icon: Remove the course option from the dashboard.
User Performance
The User Performance page helps administrators understand how employees are engaging with training.
The page displays the number of minutes users have spent completing training each week. Administrators can review active, licensed HacWare users in either a grid or list format.
Each user profile includes:
User name
Department
Number of lesson plans enrolled
Number of courses enrolled
Number of days overdue
Number of lesson plans completed
Number of courses completed
Number of reminders received
These insights make it easier to identify overdue users, recognize top performers, and provide additional support where needed.
Continued Access to the Legacy LMS
The legacy LMS remains available for customers who need to complete enrollment or manage training through the previous workflow. This gives organizations time to become familiar with the redesigned experience while maintaining access to existing LMS functionality.
Training History
The History page allows administrators to review detailed training progress for the users. The history page offers custom search and filtering tools to find users and understand their results more quickly.

Sign in to your HacWare Customer Dashboard and navigate to Awareness Training to explore Current Activity, Full Library, and User Performance.
