Phishing Reporter for Outlook Mobile

What’s new at HacWare?

The Phish Reporter button is now available for Outlook users on mobile devices!

End users can easily report phishing simulations and suspected threats to your security team from their mobile devices through the Outlook mobile app.

How to use the Phishing Reporter in Outlook

In the Outlook app, once the user has selected the suspicious email, the next step is to select the "Apps" button in the panel at the bottom of the screen.

The available app options will appear. The user can then select the "Send to Security" button.

The user will be prompted to report the email as suspicious. Select "Report" to report the email.

If the email is a HacWare phishing simulation, the user will be shown a "success" screen. If the email is not a HacWare phishing simulation it will be forwarded to the designated security team, and the screen below will appear.

Once the email has been successfully reported, the user can close the window.
